Responsibilities
Work with and learn from experienced engineers on design tasks for transportation and infrastructure projects
Learn to develop engineering plans, calculations, reports, and roadway models
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and agencies to deliver top-quality solutions
Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals and preliminary project evaluations
Work with the latest industry software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads Designer, and more
Engage in hands-on learning while working alongside experienced engineers ready to engage and mentor
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program
Passion for transportation and infrastructure design
Some technical proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and modeling software
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation
A willingness to tackle new challenges across multiple civil engineering disciplines
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams, clients, and review agencies
The ability to solve complex engineering challenges using professional judgment, creativity, and innovation
Excellent time management skills
A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions
