The role involves planning and delivering training, overseeing compliance with education programs, and supporting staff development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver ongoing education and in-service training for staff
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of competencies
Oversee annual mandatory and continuing education programs in compliance with state and federal regulations
Teach in-house CNA and specialty training courses
Coordinate the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physicals
Monitor and ensure up-to-date licensure and certifications for all facility staff
Support and collaborate with infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active Georgia RN license (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A passion for mentoring, teaching, and building strong teams
Preferred
Prior experience in staff education, infection control, or clinical leadership in a long-term care setting preferred
