Responsibilities
Prepare and stage customer orders accurately for Will Call pickup
Ensure timely and efficient loading of orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided)
Communicate with customers and team members to resolve order issues
Support other warehouse operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Eagerness to learn new processes and systems
Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency
Lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Push and pull objects weighing at least 20 lbs
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
Bend, twist, kneel, reach, and climb ladders
Stock and handle large or awkwardly shaped items, including overhead placement
Valid driver's license with a clean record (no major or repeated infractions)
Ability to load and unload delivery trucks as needed
Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
