Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff members
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times
Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring all items are processed and distributed efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
