Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth process
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using customer service software and systems
