They are seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to help scale their team and strengthen their People foundation, focusing primarily on recruiting and supporting various HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including technical, operational, and corporate roles

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring plans, and candidate selection criteria

Source and engage candidates proactively while maintaining strong talent pipelines

Oversee ATS accuracy, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with cross-functional teams

Maintain employee records, HRIS data, compliance documentation, and provide general HR administrative support

Assist in improving recruiting workflows and People Operations processes as the company scales

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WeBox’s values and culture
