Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Serve as the central owner of an existing product, responsible for its development and commercial success throughout its lifecycle
Customer and Market Insight: Aggregate customer needs, business strategy, and technical execution to ensure the product aligns with current and future customer demands
Identify customer needs and market opportunities in alignment with corporate and business strategies
Product Development: Translate insights into detailed product requirements and user stories
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process to ensure customer-centric solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Strategy, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, Sales (OE and Service), and support teams to drive product initiatives
Performance and Improvement: Define success metrics and track product performance to ensure objectives are met
Utilize data and feedback to iterate and enhance the product continuously
Market Execution: Drive organizational action to bring products to market effectively and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Completed technical studies with a focus on industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Over 5 years of experience in product management and business development
Proven experience in planning and implementing complex projects
Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on effective team management
Confident demeanour with excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
