Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the delivery of client accounting services, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting-related inquiries

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance on best practices, policies, and procedures

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Conduct financial analysis to support clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives

Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements

Assist clients in managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and general ledger activities

Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit experience

Evaluate and implement new accounting technologies and software to enhance service delivery and efficiency
