Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful completion of several projects
Create and manage timeline, project plan, and communication plan on every project
Subject matter expert on the Product Development Process
Challenge the status quo to improve our team’s standard practices and procedures
Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including preparing and presenting project reports
Ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Facilitate project change management processes, including managing scope changes and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Qualification
Required
Experience leading projects or other engineering experience
Proficiency in project management software and tools: MS Project preferred
Incredible soft skills: able to work with all personality types to ensure the project's success
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to participate, as needed, in calls during off hours to accommodate global teams
3+ years of experience managing projects
Preferred
Engineering or related degree
Mechanical design or Manufacturing experience
5+ years of experience managing projects
Program Management experience
PMP certification
SAP experience
