Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation independently or as part of a team
Represent clients in labor and employment matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
At least 4+ years of litigation experience
Labor and employment law experience required
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law in Florida
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
