Raydar is a healthcare/AI company focused on automating revenue-cycle workflows for home-health providers. They are seeking a professional to join their Growth team, responsible for analyzing markets, designing strategies, and executing plans to significantly increase business growth within a year.

Responsibilities
Pick the markets: analyze demand, payor mix, clinician supply, competition, and regulatory nuances; build sharp business cases and sequencing
Design how we win: create “Day −90 → Day 0 → Day 365” playbooks; translate into market-specific hiring plans, target lists, and partnership theses (de novo, acquisitions, partnerships)
Make it real: run point on launches; build weekly operating rhythm (dashboards, KPIs, cadences); get in-field to quarterback execution with Ops/Clinical/Product/AI
Scale the machine: codify what works into reusable playbooks & tooling; partner with AI/engineering to surface growth insights and influence the roadmap; help shape the Growth org (staffing, metrics, ways of working)
Qualification
Required
3+ years in strategy & ops at MBB or high-velocity, operational scale-ups (managed marketplaces, PE/GE portcos, or similar)
End-to-end ownership turning ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes (65% execution / 35% strategy)
Analytical horsepower: break down large, messy datasets; build simple, decision-ready models; drive the 'so what'
Operator DNA: low-ego, scrappy, bias to action; excellent written/verbal communication with execs and front-line teams
