Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and online banking platforms

Support content creation and posting for the company’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy

Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content is current and relevant

Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending company-sponsored events

Assist with the production, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials

Help update the company’s intranet with marketing content and communications

Assist in developing internal and external communications to support brand initiatives

Conduct research on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities

Provide administrative support for the marketing department as needed

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and content creation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, website management platforms (such as WordPress), and email marketing tools (such as MailChimp) is a plus

Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data

A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
