Qualification
Required
5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
Experience on Commercial projects such as retail, Restaurants, Hotels, fuel stations, etc
6+ years experience as a Superintendent
Ground-up commercial projects related to any of the following: Commercial / Retail / Restaurants / Hotels / Fuel Stations / etc
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated
Preferred
Ground-up experience is preferred
