Responsibilities
Open the gym each morning, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members
Greet members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities
Monitor gym activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
Assist members with basic inquiries and promote membership services
Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety
Support team members in daily operations and special events
Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere for all gym-goers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fitness or related field is a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 12 PM
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices
Team player with a passion for health and fitness
Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to motivate others
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or fitness industry preferred
CPR/AED certification is a plus but not required
