Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and transportation
Manage event registration and attendance tracking
Compile and maintain an inventory of event materials and supplies
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm arrangements and services
Support on-site event management and setup, ensuring all elements are in place before the event
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, either professionally or through internships
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
