The Product Manager will lead the evolution of Jetson's core technology platform, focusing on integrating AI/ML capabilities for design and monitoring, and drive the development of a proactive monitoring platform to enhance system efficiency and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our design and monitoring platform, explicitly leveraging AI/ML capabilities for predictive and optimization features

Identify, prioritize, and drive the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into the platform, focusing on enhancing remote design accuracy and predictive maintenance capabilities

Gather, document, and manage requirements for each platform, including the necessary data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI-driven features

Collaborate with other product teams and the business to create services for the customer, installation and service experiences

Serve as the product expert, understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and cutting edge concepts in AI-driven design, monitoring, and home electrification technology

Define key metrics and utilize data to inform decisions, track product performance, and derive insights for improvements, with a strong focus on the performance and impact of AI/ML models

Required

Proven ability to translate complex needs of the business into simple software solutions
