Employee Benefits Client Manager

The Client Manager will oversee day-to-day activities for group benefit clients, develop benefit strategies, and ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including renewals, benefit strategy, and service delivery
Partner with consultants to develop and implement comprehensive benefit recommendations
Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication
Coordinate carrier negotiations, renewals, and benefit design changes
Facilitate client meetings, enrollment sessions, and wellness strategy discussions
Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulations
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of employee benefits account management experience (50+ lives) in a brokerage or consulting environment
Strong understanding of large and small group benefits, self-funded and fully insured plans
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Active Health and Life Insurance license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
