Junior Data Scientist

Responsibilities
Provide data-driven insights and thoughtful recommendations to help guide business strategy and inform decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders
Support and manage rapid business growth by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive data analyses. Build, implement, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting methodologies that align with and support the company’s overall business objectives
Work with large, complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities that drive innovation. Leverage data and analytical insights to continuously enhance product offerings and improve the overall user experience
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science (BS) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a closely related field is required
Proven experience applying quantitative methods to solve complex, high-impact analytical problems in real-world settings
Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Hands-on experience using modern technologies for rapid design, prototyping, analysis, simulation, and experimentation with advanced algorithms and applications
A strong foundation in applied mathematics and statistics
Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable outcomes
A genuine passion for improving user experiences and positively impacting users' lives through innovative, data-driven solutions
Experience working with large-scale or massive datasets
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to deliver clear, strategic business recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Preferred
An advanced degree, including a Master of Science (MS) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), is strongly preferred and considered a significant asset
