StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full time Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support a NAVAIR PMA in Patuxent River MD. The Program Analyst will be responsible for applying analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, coordinating cross-functional team activities, performing management and business case analyses, and tracking program/project status and schedules.

Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in a timely manner

Works with IPT's to coordinate cross-functional team activities

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses

Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

Actively participates in acquisition round table events and activities and provides valuable input

Tracks program/project status and schedules

Drafting and editing SOW Data Calls

Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Required

A minimum of 3 -10 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong ability to coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings while developing agendas and providing required read-ahead information

Proactive, organized, and good people skills

Someone who can help organize and track actions from different platforms and vendors and help identify urgent matters that need attention

BA/BS degree

U.S. Citizenship required

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experience with NAVAIR ISEE Framework- A framework for managing complex aviation systems, integrating modeling, data, and processes

Configuration Management (CM) Tool: An evolution that pulls data from Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Variances, and CCB requests, reducing errors and rework

NAVSEND (Secure Electronic NATEC Distribution): A service for distributing technical data securely to international partners

SETR (Systems Engineering Technical Review) Tool: An online resource for policy, guidance, and checklists for NAVAIR engineers

Digital Transformation: Moving towards Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as a standard, using tools like Tableau for data visualization

Experience with AMS, CSPT, PMT CDRL tool desired

Experience with Contracts desired
