Administrative Assistant

They are actively seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist with child and youth development programs, fostering connections and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
Serve as a contact for YMCA staff in our sub-pool, assist with staff scheduling, and work closely with the executive director on child and youth development administration
Provide responsive member-focused service and support to child and youth development
Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations
Qualification
Required
H.S. diploma or equivalent required
5 years' of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
data entry skills
use of office equipment
organizational skills required
Preferred
1 - 2 years' of college is preferred
