Wells Fargo is a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead Multi-National Corporations (MNC) Subsidiary Coverage within Corporate & Investment Banking. The MNC Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with US-based subsidiaries of non-US companies and guiding mid-level bankers in client coverage efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage direct client interaction, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions with key product partners

Develop and manage dialogue with key US stakeholders and decision makers

Collaborate with coverage bankers in EMEA to provide comprehensive global coverage to large, financially complex clients

Collaborate and consult with peers, internal partners and stakeholders to deliver the full suite of WF products and services including, but not limited to credit, treasury management, macro solutions, global receivables & trade, capital markets, and ABF

Present recommendations for growing and maintaining a portfolio of profitable clients through pro-active, strategic, and consistent business development and client retention efforts

Partner with mid-level bankers providing guidance on relationship management and client coverage efforts

Provide coaching and feedback to mid-level bankers to facilitate skill development and career advancement

Assume ownership for implementing strategic and innovative business solutions to enhance client engagement
