Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience implementing high-impact process improvements in a complex manufacturing environment
Execute engineering projects under the guidance of a mentor and management, contributing to operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve real-world manufacturing challenges
Evaluate and improve engineering documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
Assist in troubleshooting issues on complex manufacturing lines, learning root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, safety, and productivity
Qualification
Required
A rising sophomore, rising junior, rising senior graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Lab experience through coursework or previous internships
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets to support decision-making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
