Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Consult with and advise clients on estate planning strategies, including asset protection, charitable giving, entity formation, and tax considerations, based on their situation and goals
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and financial professionals on complex matters
Guide clients through trust and estate administration, probate, and related proceedings
Stay informed on developments in estate and tax law to ensure the highest quality counsel
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning or closely related areas
Strong knowledge of estate planning principles
Exemplary drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
