Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Advise clients on a wide range of estate planning topics such as asset protection, entity formation, charitable giving, and tax planning
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals to strategize on complex matters
Represent and provide guidance to clients in trust and estate administration, probate, and related matters
Stay current on laws and trends pertaining to estate and tax planning
Qualification
Required
Substantial prior experience in estate planning and related matters
Strong understanding of estate planning principles and the ability to work independently and in collaboration with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals
Collaborative, client-focused approach combined with ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and approachable manner
Exemplary drafting, research, and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
JD and bar admission required
