Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, features, and next steps
Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team
Maintain consistent customer follow-up
Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends
Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident and professional phone presence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer and CRM experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Internet sales, automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience
