Responsibilities

Partner across practices to understand the market dynamics and business needs of clients as it relates to structured and unstructured data
Define and lead the overall direction of client analytics, benchmarking and survey initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards
Leverage and elevate business intelligence solutions to deliver meaningful insights and measurable ROI for internal and external clients
Lead projects and initiatives across areas of specialization and expertise
Design scalable models and frameworks that support current and future-state business needs
Make recommendations to leadership for key areas of investment in tools, technologies and other infrastructure
Serve as team leader for Analytics Associate, providing direction to ensure seamless execution of benchmarking deliverables
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Actively engage with internal clients to understand their needs and deliver structured benchmarking and analytics information
Provide strategic insights that inform client decisions and drive sustainable business growth
Design and maintain analytics and benchmarking data integrity, ensuring it remains current, accurate, and insightful
Implement innovative approaches to evolve and market data solutions as the business grows

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
8+ years of related data analytics experience
Advanced training in data analytics and visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities and align initiatives with business goals
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless coordination across teams
Skilled in designing scalable, forward-thinking solutions that evolve with market dynamics
Proven ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration
Working knowledge of CRM technology and history of leveraging these systems for data gathering (experience with Salesforce strongly preferred)
Project management and organizational change management expertise
