Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort team. This role involves providing excellent customer service to clients and referring veterinarians, managing client flow, and ensuring accurate records management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients

Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls

Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge

Provide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients

Records management

Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information

Process payment transactions

Assist with client education

Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members

Work closely with team members to build comradery, cooperation and respect

Required

Has experience in veterinary client service
