Responsibilities
Sets up and updates all company iPads
Answers all Help Desk calls
Addresses any password resets
Assists Communication Systems Support Specialist as needed
Makes all DBS user changes and additions
Tracks all PC assets
Tracks all iPad assets
Responsible for recycling
Responsible for quality control audit of PC’s going out
Tracks computer requests and assigns to available technicians
Responsible for customer postal accounts
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years administrative/clerical experience
3-5 years customer service experience
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
Safety & Product Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
