Responsibilities
Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors
Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs
Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion
Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept
Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach
Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes
Work proactively to meet business goals and team performance targets
Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed
Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written)
Financial industry experience is a plus
Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus
