Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Rep)
Knudtsen Chevrolet is a family-owned company that provides new and used vehicles, along with a full-service body shop and service department. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) to follow up on showroom traffic leads, create customer relationships, and enhance the customer experience at their dealership.

Responsibilities
Contacts unsold showroom traffic leads
Reaches out to in-market customers using manifest lists
Work the service drive offering appraisals
Performs other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Self-motivated and hard-working
Must be comfortable using a multiline phone system
Must be able to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills, working ability of Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn database management software
Capacity to learn product knowledge for inventories, advertising programs, etc
Proficient oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents
Have a valid driver's license
Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record
Pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug test
Also subject to random drug testing, reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing, and post-accident testing at the company's request
