Responsibilities

Perform accurate and efficient data entry from study-related materials into research databases and spreadsheets
Verify and validate entered data against source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Follow established protocols and guidelines for data handling to comply with study requirements and confidentiality standards
Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Maintain proper documentation of research data according to study requirements
Assist in organizing and managing research files, records, and materials
Facilitate other research study-related tasks as needed to support the research team

Qualification

Data entryData validationClinical Research Coordinator CertificationBasic medical terminologyInterpersonal skillsWriting skillsVerbal communicationOrganizational skills

Required

Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer literate with good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification is preferred (required in some disciplines)
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred
Experience working in an Academic Medical Center Preferred
