Responsibilities
Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and SOX requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles
Maintain and update XBRL tagging for all SEC filings
Research and analyze new accounting standards and regulatory changes
Assist with earnings releases, investor presentations, and other public disclosures
Support internal controls and process improvements related to financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
6+ years of experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or financial reporting for a public company
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance
Experience with XBRL and SEC filing tools
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
