Accounts Payable: 3-way matching of invoices, data entry
Accounts Receivable: Post payments to ledgers
Communicate daily with both vendors and staff regarding the status of customer accounts
Assist with the year-end close process
Assist with payroll processing
Additional projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Accounts Payable: 3-way matching of invoices, data entry

Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in an accounting role
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Excellent communication skills
