Responsibilities
Lead repair cycles: diagnosis, teardown, rebuild, balancing, alignment, testing
Apply OEM specifications and drawings to ensure proper tolerances & materials
Work with quality and safety teams to uphold shop standards
Assess repair vs replacement options; coordinate component fabrication when needed
Mentor junior staff and support process improvements
Occasionally assist with field jobs (removal / installation)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience refurbishing pumps and rotating equipment
Mechanical diagnostic skills (alignment, balancing, tolerances, wear analysis)
Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise measurements
Comfortable in a repair shop environment, collaborating with machinists & welders
Safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication
