Responsibilities
Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities
Maintain and analyze inventory, standard costs, and manufacturing variances
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPI reporting
Partner with operations to understand production activity and ensure accurate accounting for inventory and COGS
Prepare audit support, assist with process improvements, and help refine accounting procedures across sites
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting
Proficient in MS Dynamics, Excel and comfortable working in ERP environments
