Director of Learning and Development - IDRE

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with IDRE operational goals, contract requirements, and regulatory standards
Oversee IDREspecific onboarding, rolebased training, compliance training, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify skill gaps, performance risks, and operational inefficiencies and deploy targeted learning solutions
Design and deliver blended learning solutions including instructorled training, elearning, workshops, and onthejob training
Ensure seamless transition from New Hire Training to IDREspecific operational training
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on IDRE performance
Conduct posttraining evaluations and continuously improve learning programs
Serve as a strategic advisor to IDRE leadership on workforce readiness, change management, and organizational effectiveness
Partner with operations, quality, compliance, and technology leaders to embed training into workflows, audits, and performance management processes
Lead workforce enablement for IDRE system changes, regulatory updates, and operational transformations
Provide oversight of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and knowledge management tools supporting IDRE
Lead, develop, and retain a highperforming IDRE training team; complete performance evaluations and coaching
Manage external training vendors and partners supporting IDRE operations

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Human Resources, Operations, Education, or a related field
8-12+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or workforce enablement
Proven experience supporting operational or contract-based training programs in regulated environments (healthcare strongly preferred)
Strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Strong business and operational acumen
Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and analytics
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Experience leading teams and partnering with senior operational leadership
