Responsibilities

Own preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Support consolidated and statutory audits and manage external auditor relationships

Lead technical accounting research and draft position memos on complex topics (leases, equity, goodwill, business combinations, impairments, revenue, debt/equity)

Monitor new accounting standards and guide implementation across the organization

Oversee equity accounting, including stock-based compensation and valuation coordination

Support M&A activities including purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration

Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX and audit readiness

Drive reporting process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, and senior leadership

Mentor and guide accounting team members on technical matters
