Partner closely with project managers, field leadership, and corporate accounting to support accurate invoicing and timely collections
Support consistent cash flow across active projects

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or project-based accounting environments
Experience supporting project-level billing, including time-and-materials and fixed-fee contracts
Understanding of GAAP fundamentals as they relate to invoicing and receivables
Experience in monitoring AR aging and supporting collection efforts in partnership with operations
Ability to collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve billing issues and documentation needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
Experience mentoring or supporting billing or AR staff
Background in construction, environmental services, or other project-driven industries
Experience improving billing workflows, controls, or reporting processes
ERP experience; Acumatica preferred
Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
