Responsibilities
Accompany clients with attentive guidance, offering knowledge of each piece and cultivating enduring relationships
Support the boutique’s vitality by engaging clients, enhancing their experience, and contributing to thoughtful sales outcomes
Maintain the elegance of the House through careful attention to stock, presentation, and the serene organization of the boutique
Contribute to the atmosphere and operations of the boutique through collaboration, ensuring a refined and harmonious environment
Participate in marketing, events, and storytelling initiatives that reflect kataoka’s identity, both in-store and across digital platforms
Work alongside the Tokyo atelier to refine selling skills and ensure consistency in client experience and brand expression
Qualification
Required
Profound knowledge of jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, with the ability to convey the subtlety and significance of each piece to clients
Expertise in guiding clients and cultivating relationships, with a measured understanding of sales as part of a considered experience
Familiarity with boutique operations, including inventory oversight and financial awareness, approached with precision and discretion
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate gracefully with colleagues and engage thoughtfully with clients
Fluency in Japanese is required
Attentiveness to detail, ensuring the boutique's presentation and inventory reflect the House's standards of elegance
Self-motivation and the capacity to act with initiative, upholding kataoka's values while pursuing excellence in every interaction
