Responsibilities
The SEC Reporting Analyst will complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases
Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly
Assist with complex accounting entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes
The SEC Reporting Analyst will help maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Accounting
3+ years of SEC reporting experience
Experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings
Preferred
CPA preferred
