The Regional Director will oversee ABA treatment planning, staff training, and ensure compliance with regulations to drive impactful change in the lives of those served.

Responsibilities
Oversee ABA treatment planning, implementation, and progress monitoring
Train and supervise staff, including BCBAs, BCaBA, Behavior Technicians and ISS Supervisors, ensuring competency in ABA interventions
Conduct orientations, CEU trainings, and ongoing professional development
Provide clinical oversight, including crisis management and curriculum development
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain service quality
Assist with authorization tracking, documentation, and data analysis for program effectiveness
Facilitate staff development toward RBT certification and professional growth
Qualification
Required
BCBA/BCaBA certification required
Strong background in ABA principles and behavior management
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability To Commute: Chester, PA 19013 (Required)
