INFO ORIGIN INC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Systems Analyst to support daily production operations in a high-availability environment. This role is responsible for running and monitoring jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, managing system outputs, and operating printing and mailing equipment to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities

Run and monitor PeopleSoft Financials jobs according to documented procedures
Monitor outputs, troubleshoot errors, and resolve system issues
Operate and maintain printing and mailing equipment
Maintain inventory and assist with evaluating new equipment
Create and update operating documentation
Provide responsive support to internal users

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to procedures
Ability to work independently in a structured environment

Preferred

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar systems
Familiarity with IT operations and documented workflows
SQL, FTP/SFTP (e.g., GoAnywhere), and query experience
