The Washington Post is on a mission to deliver riveting storytelling for all of America. They are looking for editing interns to support the deputy opinion editor by helping to edit op-eds, assist with fact-checking, and manage the inbox of op-ed submissions.

Editing interns should have a keen understanding of style, grammar and sentence structure

Must be able to edit for clarity, accuracy and voice

All work must be submitted in English

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Comfortable in fast-moving environments and on deadline

Excited about tackling new challenges and gaining hands-on experience in national media
