Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation including investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court hearings, and managing trial preparation

Provide legal analysis and guidance on complex legal matters

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies

Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

Stay current on industry developments, legal updates, and relevant case law

Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Prepare and respond to discovery, including document production and interrogatories

Attend depositions, hearings, and related proceedings

Work collaboratively with clients, expert witnesses, and legal team members on case preparation

Present oral arguments and advocate for client interests in court
