Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with process owners to assess business risks and communicate audit findings
Lead financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
Manage relationships with external audit firms, including scope, budget, and timelines
Conduct risk assessments and contribute to audit plan development across business units
Advise on strategic projects including IT systems, construction, and program development
Support audit teams in identifying improvement opportunities and developing action plans

Qualification

Sarbanes-Oxley complianceInternal auditing standardsProfessional certificationRisk assessmentCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Professional certification required (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/external auditing
Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and risk assessment in regulated environments preferred
