Mid LevelExecutive Recruiting Group is seeking a Performance Engineer responsible for conducting aircraft mission performance analysis and supporting aircraft configuration design improvements. The role involves developing processes and tools for aircraft performance and supporting test campaigns to conduct engineering analyses and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Analyze aircraft performance for nominal and failure scenarios, and produce engineering report documents
Develop and extend performance analysis tools and processes to continue to build efficiency and capability going forward
Make requirements for Flight Science related systems (e.g., for electrical power units like battery and/or generator, flight controls, etc
Collaborating with all related engineering teams on technical matters (e.g., aerodynamics, safety, mass, stability&control, structure, and systems)
Working with engineers to develop the new aircraft design concept and the safety strategy during normal and emergency operation
In test campaign, predict flight/ground test results and compare the prediction to test data to identify and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Conduct aircraft mission performance analysis
Support aircraft configuration design improvements
Develop and/or update processes and tools for the aircraft
Join and support test campaign of POC articles from aircraft performance aspect
Analyze aircraft performance for nominal and failure scenarios
Produce engineering report documents
Develop and extend performance analysis tools and processes
Make requirements for Flight Science related systems
Collaborate with all related engineering teams on technical matters
Work with engineers to develop new aircraft design concepts and safety strategies
Predict flight/ground test results and compare predictions to test data
