Ensure product adoption and value realization

Accountable for product adoption targets and regular user engagement

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features and act as the liaison between business units and technology teams

Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements

Leverage data analytics to drive engagement, product decisions and measure success

Implement features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the platform

Evangelize and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the platform and align platform capabilities with Sales & Research needs
