Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications

Respond to requests for support by users

Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications

Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development

Monitor future applications releases

Train users on features of applications

Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user

Act as reporting resource

Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Experience providing support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications

Ability to respond to requests for support by users

Experience testing and coordinating testing of new releases of Oracle Applications

Ability to log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development

Experience monitoring future applications releases

Ability to train users on features of applications

Experience maintaining applications responsibilities based on work group of user

Ability to act as reporting resource

Experience representing users at Data Center meetings and user meetings

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
