Responsibilities
Take charge of the monthly close process across Shared Services, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Cash
Act as the go-to financial partner for Shared Services leadership-delivering insights on actuals, vendor spend, and budget-to-actual performance
Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with US GAAP
Play a key role in shaping financial system strategy and supporting an upcoming ERP transformation
Champion process and system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility
Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
Contribute to seamless acquisition integration that supports continued growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive experience (public accounting and/or tech industry experience is a major plus)
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Preferred
Experience with Workday or NetSuite is highly desirable
Project management or system implementation experience
