UP.Labs is hiring a Head of Product for a stealth startup in the AI logistics space, building an AI platform for freight operations optimization. This role involves owning the product vision, scoping and launching MVPs, and partnering with engineering and data science to create ML-powered optimization solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap, translating the company mission into a clear strategy and execution plan

Scope, prototype, and launch MVPs, learning rapidly from enterprise customers and dealer networks while iterating quickly

Design solutions for enterprise adoption that integrate with TMS, Telematics and other operations ecosystems and scale across

Deliver quick wins that prove value while laying the foundation for a modern, scalable agentic platform

Partner with engineering and data science to build ML-powered optimization solutions

Serve as a hands-on builder initially, then recruit and grow a high-performing product team across PM, design, and data

Act like a founder by aligning executives, investors, and customers, serving as the voice of product strategy internally and externally
